Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling at A1 Global College, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all students, both prospective and currently enrolled.

Admission Requirements
All applicants must meet the college’s admission criteria, as outlined in the official admission guidelines.

Fees and Payments

All tuition fees are payable in advance unless a deferred payment arrangement is agreed upon.
Any student with overdue payments may face suspension or expulsion from the college.

Course Changes and Cancellations
A1 Global College reserves the right to alter, reschedule, or cancel any course or program. Affected students will be informed and offered alternative arrangements.

Refunds
Refunds are issued in accordance with the college’s refund policy, which is available upon request or on the official website.

Conduct
All students are expected to adhere to the college’s code of conduct. Breach of this code may result in disciplinary actions, including possible expulsion.

Intellectual Property
Any work, research, or invention created by students during their enrollment is the property of A1 Global College unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liabilities
A1 Global College is not liable for the loss or damage of personal belongings on campus or during college-related activities.

Privacy
The college respects students’ privacy and ensures personal data is handled with confidentiality and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Communications
Official communications from the college will be sent to the student’s registered email address. Students are responsible for regularly checking their emails.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada.

A1 Global College reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via official channels.

Other Terms

Program costs may vary from original quotes. Costs will be assessed at the date that a final admissions contract is signed. In the case of a variation, the cost will be determined based on the quoted cost on the Government of Ontario web site: www.serviceontario.ca

All applicants qualify for this financial alternative, which offers the following advantages:

  • No credit check needed

Those who qualify may have some or all of these costs covered within the Second Career Strategy. In order to find out if you qualify for Second Career or any other government funding, all candidates must visit a Employment Ontario assessment centre for an assessment interview.
