At A1 Global College, we are committed to safeguarding the personal information of our prospective, current, and former contacts. In accordance with privacy best practices and platform requirements, you may request the removal of your personal data from our marketing and analytics systems by completing the form below.
Scope of Data Deletion
Upon receipt of your request, the following actions will be taken within three (3) business days:
Your contact details will be removed from our marketing databases.
You will no longer receive promotional emails, SMS messages, or calls.
Associated data stored solely for analytics and marketing purposes will be deleted.
Important Notice for Current and Former Students
Please note that if you are, or have been, a registered student of A1 Global College, your data cannot be fully deleted due to legal and regulatory obligations under:
The Ministry of Colleges and Universities (Ontario), and
The National Association of Career Colleges (NACC).
Student academic records and administrative information must be retained as mandated by applicable regulations. However, your request will still ensure that:
Your information is excluded from all future marketing and outreach activities.
